Orders

Burn Cottage Vineyard will only accept online orders from customers with physical delivery addresses in the countries where deliveries is possible. All prices listed are quoted in New Zealand dollars NZD$ and all orders will be processed in New Zealand dollars NZD$

Delivery Policy

Please allow up to 7 working days from date of purchase for delivery within NZ, 1-4 weeks for Australia, USA, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, and EU, UK 6-10 weeks.

For countries abroad we use NZ based international delivery company NZ Wine Home.

Delivery service fees cover all cost of delivery to your door. Full terms and conditions found on www.nzwinehome.co.nz.

Recipient not home

NZ: If the recipient is not home when the courier arrives, and there has been no authority / instruction from the buyer to leave the delivery on premise, a calling card will be left at the door or in the letterbox asking them to call the courier to arrange a convenient time for re-delivery or pick up from the local post office or depot. The timing for re-delivery may be affected in line with this.

Returned Goods and Refund Policy

Should an item you receive as part of an order from Burn Cottage Vineyard contain a fault – the said product/s should be returned directly to the winery. If the product is a wine, it should be returned with remaining wine left in the bottle for analysis. A replacement bottle will be sent to the customer upon receipt of the faulty wine- no monetary refund will be offered.

Please Note: no refunds are offered if customers simply change their mind about the product purchased.

Burn Cottage Vineyard is committed to protecting your privacy. The information that we collect is only used to facilitate your transactions on our site and to enhance your overall experience with us.

We do not collect personal information about you if you only browse this website.

What information do we collect and how do we use it? When you place an order through this website, we need to know your name, e-mail, phone number, address and credit card details if paying by credit card. This allows us to process and fulfill your order successfully.

Furthermore, all of the sensitive customer data we collect is protected by several layers of encryption and several layers of security to prevent unauthorised access.

Credit Card Details All credit card payments are processed securely through the DPS Payment Gateway and BNZ. Payment by credit card is the fastest way to receive your order as there is no clearance delay. Burn Cottage Vineyard does not store any credit card information on our servers.

Membership Terms & Conditions

As a club member you will also receive:
Priority invitation to winery events, priority access to small parcel wines, large formats and library released wines.
Invites to “Club Member ” only wine events and priority invites to all Burn Cottage events.
A private Winery/Vineyard tour and tasting visit for up to four people (by prior arrangement).
Free shipping within NZ (12 bottles or more).
Global Shipping Rates to most major destinations across the USA, UK, Australia, Asia and Mainland Europe (minimum of 6 bottles).

Membership Terms and Conditions:

Minimum of 1-year membership from sign up and payment date.

The first case/s of wine will be dispatched within 7 -10 days upon membership sign up.
Each case/s thereafter will be dispatched as per the new release of the wines relevant to your membership.

Two weeks notification will be given prior to shipments after the initial membership sign up.

10 days' written notice is required prior to the scheduled delivery to cancel or amend your membership details.

You are obliged to notify Burn Cottage Vineyard of any changes to delivery address or credit card details.                                          

Order dispatch dates may vary each year depending on vintage and bottling dates.

Membership is non-refundable, or transferrable.

In years that we do not produce all the wines we will include an equivalent release from the same vintage in the case.                                                 
You consent to your details being added to our customer database to receive upcoming correspondence.
You must be 18 years or older.
Burn Cottage reserves the right to amend prices. You will be notified of any price change prior to shipment.

Vineyard/winery tastings are subject to availability. Bookings essential.
