Hidden away in the upper reaches of Burn Cottage Vineyard sit two tiny parcels of Riesling and Grüner Veltliner, nestled in a natural hollow in the hillside — a small, skateboard-bowl-like amphitheatre with a gentle southerly pitch. From this we create our exciting blend of the two varietals. It has richness and a combination of stone fruit and a savouriness that is balanced by a lovely crunchy backbone of lemon, lime and ginger.
