The 2022 season brought an ideal balance of warmth, cool nights, and steady ripening — conditions that revealed something distinctive in two small parcels from one of the blocks in our Lowburn vineyard, where the vines draw their character from a seam of clay running through the base of the Burn Cottage vineyard.

The fruit from these parcels showed such unique character, clarity and depth that it deserved to stand alone. Bottled separately, Sabine’s Selection captures a singular expression of site and season.
